Garden Bed Maintenance Specialist
We are seeking a dedicated Sustainable Lawn Care Specialist to join our team and help maintain the beauty and health of our clients’ lawns using environmentally friendly practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform weekly lawn maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing clippings.
- Manage battery rotation and ensure proper maintenance of equipment.
- Drive safely and efficiently between client locations, delivering punctual and high-quality service.
- Uphold safety standards and maintain attention to detail in all tasks.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure satisfaction and understanding.
Requirements
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to lift at least 75 lbs.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Prior experience in landscape maintenance is preferred but not required.

This position will work closely alongside our lead landscaper, assisting with various tasks to ensure exceptional results while reflecting our commitment to ecological sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Work alongside the lead landscaper to perform landscaping tasks, including planting, mulching, trimming, and weeding.
- Shovel and move dirt, stone, and other materials; transport and position large border stones and other heavy landscaping elements.
- Assist with fertilization and lawn repair duties as needed.
- Maintain and care for landscaping equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Implement eco-friendly landscaping practices to promote sustainability.
Requirements
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the lawn care industry.
- Ability to lift at least 75 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform hand weeding of garden beds to maintain a clean and professional appearance.
- Trim and prune plants, shrubs, and small trees to promote healthy growth and enhance aesthetics.
- Apply eco-friendly fertilizers and soil amendments to improve plant health as needed.
- Maintain and care for tools and equipment to ensure they are in proper working condition.
- Uphold safety standards and attention to detail in all tasks.
Requirements
