  I called luminary lawns for a quote on mulching my flowe beds and trimming my shrubs.  When the owner finally showed up, 2 hours late btw. He looked as of he just rolled out of bed after a 2 week bender. He smelledheavily of alcohol and kept repeating himself continuo to tell me the same things over and over. Finally my husband had to cut him off and told him we had a dinner arrangement and needed to leave soon and that he could email the quote. With no reservations to use this company due to poor communication skills and terrible punctuality. Then they try to make it better claiming to be all electric..   Luminary Lawns is great! They were quick to respond with our quote, getting set up for service was super easy. They always show up when they say they will, and are really efficient with their work.   This week’s cut looks very nice. But I really wish they would not trim so deep along the front steps. They are literally edging down to the dirt, resulting in a “scalped” look in comparison to the surrounding lawn. Even my neighbor pointed it out. see pics

  Hired Sean & Luminary Lawns in late 2025 for some aeration, seeding, and cleanup. Could not be happier with how my lawn has turned out thus far. We also hired them to install a drainage systems (French Drains/Well) in a flood prone area. We will continue to use them for a garden and other areas in 2026.   The Luminary Lawns crew has been great. I love that they use electric mowers and solar recharging. The service is excellent, reliable, and Sean is very good with communicating any changes due to weather or other scheduling concerns. Highly recommend.
